WG Series Pulse Vacuum Autoclave Manufacturers

WG series pulsating vacuum sterilizer uses saturated steam as sterilization medium, releases a lot of latent heat and humidity physical characteristics when saturated steam condenses, so that the items to be sterilized are in a high temperature and wet state, and after a period of time to achieve the purpose of sterilization. The effect of cold air on temperature is eliminated by pulsating vacuum exhaust, and finally vacuum dehumidification is combined with jacket drying sterilized articles. WG series is mainly used for sterilization in hospitals, scientific research, pharmaceuticals and so on.

WG Series Pulse Vacuum Autoclave Industry knowledge

How does the pulsating vacuum system work in the WG Series Autoclave?
Initial Vacuum Stage:
The sterilization chamber is sealed, and a vacuum pump removes the air and excess moisture from the chamber, creating a low-pressure environment. This initial vacuum stage helps to remove air pockets and preconditions the chamber for effective steam penetration.
Steam Injection and Pressurization:
Once the chamber reaches the desired vacuum level, steam is injected into the chamber under pressure.
The steam rapidly fills the chamber, increasing both temperature and pressure, which is crucial for effective sterilization.
Pulsating Vacuum Phase:
After the sterilization phase, the pulsating vacuum cycle begins.
The vacuum pump alternates between creating a vacuum and releasing pressure in the chamber in controlled intervals.
This pulsating action helps to remove any residual air, steam, and moisture from the sterilized items, ensuring thorough drying and preventing recontamination.
Final Vacuum Dehumidification and Drying:
Following the pulsating vacuum phase, the WG Series Pulse Vacuum Autoclave continues to operate to further remove moisture from the chamber.
Simultaneously, heat may be applied to the chamber jacket to aid in drying the sterilized items.
This combination of vacuum dehumidification and jacket drying ensures that the sterilized items emerge from the autoclave dry and ready for use or storage.
Cycle Completion and Chamber Venting:
Once the drying phase is complete, the chamber may be vented to equalize pressure and allow safe opening.
Depending on the specific model and settings, the autoclave may automatically vent the chamber or require manual intervention.

Is the WG Series Autoclave compatible with different types of steam sources or power supplies?
Steam Sources:
The WG Series Autoclave may be compatible with different steam sources such as:
Boiler-generated steam: Many autoclaves are designed to connect to existing boiler systems commonly found in hospitals, laboratories, or industrial facilities.
Electric steam generators: Some autoclaves are equipped with built-in electric steam generators, eliminating the need for external steam sources.
Steam from external sources: In certain setups, autoclaves can be connected to external steam sources through dedicated steam lines or steam hoses.
Power Supplies:
Autoclaves like the WG Series Pulse Vacuum Autoclave may have different power requirements depending on their size, capacity, and configuration.
They may be designed to operate on standard electrical voltages and frequencies commonly used in the region where they are installed.
Some autoclaves may offer options for voltage and frequency compatibility to accommodate diverse power supplies or may require specific power configurations based on their electrical components.
Adaptability and Customization:
Manufacturers of autoclaves often provide options for customization to meet the specific needs of customers.
This may include adapting the autoclave's design to work with different steam sources or power supplies, either through built-in features or additional accessories.
Customers should consult with the manufacturer or supplier to determine the compatibility of the WG Series Autoclave with their specific steam and power infrastructure.
