These sterilizers use high-temperature deionized water as the sterilization medium. The deionized water circulates internally and uniformly sprays onto the sterilized items for a certain period of time to achieve sterilization. They have a wide temperature control range and great temperature uniformity, while avoiding secondary contamination during operation. They are equipped with a leak detection method combining vacuum and color water.
These sterilizers are suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical, and scientific research. They are designed for high-temperature sterilization, leak testing, and cleaning of ampoules, vials, and other injectable and oral liquid products.
● Motorized door structure with removable tooth block structure, motor-driven for vertical lifting.
● Double-door passageway type with pressure safety interlock and temperature door safety interlock for liquid programs.
● Automatic sealing achieved by inflatable pressure-driven sealing ring. The new high-quality tear-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring has a circular hollow design with a special surface coating for enhanced sealing effectiveness and extended lifespan, capable of up to 1500 cycles.
● Main body structure with rectangular cross-section, sealing grooves directly welded to the circular jacket at both ends (GETINGE structure).
● Control system: Imported Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) and color touchscreen. The entire process is automatically controlled with display of operational status, temperature, pressure, time, and other parameters.
● Traceability system: Communication interface connected to the traceability system, providing software communication protocol for connection to the traceability system.
● Offers sterilization programs for liquid, flexible bags, vials, ampoules, injectables, oral liquids, and custom programs, as well as BD testing and other testing programs.
● Real-time printing of process data through the built-in miniature needle printer, equipped with a recorder. Independent sterilization reports output in data and graphical formats, which can be cross-referenced with the control system.
● Quick cooling system with back pressure, enabling rapid cooling of sterilized items.
● Pipeline system: Stainless steel sanitary-grade pipes with clamp connections. Automatic pipe welding machine used for all welds. Main control valves use imported German GEMU angle seat valves and Taiwanese Yadeke solenoid valves. German SPECK direct-coupled water ring vacuum pump and French DFS high-flow pipeline pump. The circulation pipeline does not have parallel branches without heat exchangers, ensuring fast pure water circulation and avoiding large temperature differences, thus ensuring temperature uniformity.
● Air filter with filtration precision of ≤0.22 microns and a sterilization rate of 99.97%.
● (Optional) Water-saving and noise-reducing system, reducing vacuum pump circulating water consumption by 30% and reducing vacuum pump noise.
● (Optional) Automatic drain device, equipped with automatic control drain device to detect and drain condensate based on temperature and pressure in the heat exchanger and inner chamber, ensuring accurate sterilization temperature.
● (Optional) Automatic drainage temperature adjustment system, with drainage temperature ≤55°C.
● (Optional) Intelligent maintenance system: Equipped with remote monitoring and maintenance module, enabling remote monitoring of equipment operation and remote software upgrades.
